What is happening at the BIG EASY?
As the summer season is winding down The Big Easy is gearing up!
First, you’ll notice changes in the management. Sherie is here nearly every night taking on the management activities, we’ve hired a new assistant manager, Ray Borden. We’re drumming up all kinds of new ideas to keep The Big Easy the most fun club on the island.
Our top-notch bartenders are ever awaiting you to join them for some new drinks- like our flavored Mojitos-as well as our famous martinis and other old standards. The Martini Goddess, Charlie, with her horn is often seen dancing behind the bar all the while taking care of her customers. Our Jager Shot Queen, Amy, brings fun and laughter while hustling up drinks. Our newest bartender, Ziad, the Zango King, brings an air of professionalism as he sometimes tosses bottles to entertain behind the bar. Who knows, you may even catch Richard or Ray serving up libations on certain occasions.
We’re still the only club on the island with Karaoke seven nights a week. We have new KJ’s as well as our very own Angie, who is the longest term employee of the club (including the owners!). Angie works Tuesdays and Saturdays. Holli’s real job is at Gaido’s but she graces us with her talent two nights a week. Then we have Jay who knows how to entertain the crowd and Pamela (a.k.a. Pama-lama-lama) who drives a carriage by day and KJ’s for us one or two nights a week.
The ever-popular Legal Texas Hold’em games are now running Monday-Friday at 8pm. Come on in, have a few drinks, and test your skills. We have tournaments every other month with fabulous prizes.

End of Summer Party and Karaoke Contest August 31 at 10pm. Qualifying rounds at 9pm on August 29, 30 & 31. August 31 Drink Special: Mojitos and all tropical drinks $3.75.
Beginning September 13, we’ll have Live Standup Comedy upstairs every other Saturday at 9pm. Watch for drink specials!
September 19, “Sing like a Pirate” Karaoke Contest hosted by The Big Easy and Z-Krewe. ARRRRGH
Also in September we’ll be having live music upstairs and on the patio.
October 31-Annual Halloween Costume party and contest.
December-January – Dickens party, Christmas parties and our annual New Year’s Pajama Party
